At Igniteonfirex, we stand behind the quality of our investment analysis services. You may be eligible for a refund under these specific circumstances:

  • Service cancellation within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased content for more than 72 hours
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors on your account
  • Service not delivered as described in your purchase agreement
  • Cancellation due to changes in our service terms that materially affect your access

Please note that refunds are not available for services already consumed, downloaded materials, or one-on-one consultation sessions that have been completed.

Payment Method Considerations

Different payment methods have varying processing times for refunds:

Credit Cards: Refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit to your statement.

Debit Cards: Processing time is usually 3-5 business days, though some banks may take up to 10 business days.

Bank Transfers: Direct refunds to bank accounts typically process within 3-5 business days during regular banking hours.

Digital Wallets: Refunds to PayPal or similar services usually appear within 2-4 business days.

We cannot control processing times once the refund leaves our system. If you don't see your refund after the expected timeframe, please contact your financial institution first.

Special Circumstances

Some situations require additional consideration beyond our standard refund policy:

Subscription Services: Monthly or annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but refunds are only provided for the unused portion of pre-paid periods.

Group Services: Refunds for group analysis sessions or workshops must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.

Custom Analysis: Personalized investment analysis that has been specifically prepared for your portfolio may not be eligible for refund once delivered.

Third-Party Tools: Any software licenses or third-party tools included in your package may have separate refund terms governed by those providers.

Refund requests must include your original purchase confirmation and a clear explanation of why you're seeking the refund. This helps us process your request more efficiently.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy with 30 days notice to existing customers. Any changes will be posted on our website and communicated via email.
